F. GHEEWALA HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is urgently recruiting for a UK-based food manufacturing company for their branch in the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Manager in Packaging Innovation & Development to join their team.
Position Details
- Position: Manager (Packaging Innovation & Development)
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
- Location: UAE
- Interview Mode: Virtual
- Recruitment: Free of cost
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Science, or Technology.
- Indian Institute of Packaging certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in New Packaging Development, with at least 3 years at Assistant Manager level.
- Experience in the Food or Beverage Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging, printing processes, and materials (paper, board, tin, ceramics, glass).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management Tools (Kissflow preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) and packaging projects.
- Analyze product briefs, market data, and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Source innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation, SOP updates, and project reports.
